Purchase conditions


The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website owned by Hayedos Roble SL, (hereinafter the provider or the company). Acceptance of this document implies that the user or client:

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the provider's website

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.


On the one hand, the provider of the Services or Activities contracted by the user is Hayedos Roble SL CIF B39850946, and with the customer service telephone number 942873529 and on the other hand, the user and / or customer. The user is the person who reserves through the reservation form (or by email) and will be responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the service provider. Reservations under 18 years old are not authorized.

The client is the person for whom the service is contracted and who enjoys it, and may or may not be the same person as the user.


The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the user and / or client. As soon as the user accepts these conditions during the contracting process (always through the corresponding box), they also accept their responsibility to transmit and inform the end customer (if it falls to a different person) about these conditions and All the reservation conditions specified here and accepted by the user at the time of contracting the service will be transferred to the end customer.

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.


The official language of this website is Spanish, and in the event of any error in the translation, the official version in Spanish prevails.

The responsibility for the veracity of the data offered at the time of hiring rests with the user: any error in the data offered (for example, dates, number of people or type of excursion) will be the responsibility of the user or the end customer of the reservation if it is a different owner.

Once the user identification form has been filled in, it is reported that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

Select the payment method (Bank transfer, Paypal, credit card or cash on delivery). Continue button.

On the last screen, the user can review all the purchase data (contracted services, amounts, personal data, ...). If the user is satisfied, he will press the "finish order" button and he will be sent to the payment gateway in the case in which he has chosen the option of payment by card or Paypal.

Once the purchase is completed, a summary of the purchase made will be displayed. It is important to review the complementary services contracted in the purchased tour as well as some conditions of the tour (see NOTES), since they change depending on the tour to be carried out.

In any case, the provider's contracting platform will inform the user, once the contracting procedure is completed, via email regarding all the characteristics of the contracted service.

The reservation will be confirmed when the user receives the final confirmation of it, once the advance payment for the service has been made. It is important that you review the cancellation, reservation modifications and compensation conditions.


Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed to participate in the tours by at least one adult.

The presence of babies on the excursion must be notified in advance. Failure to communicate and accept your presence may result in your not being allowed to travel in the excursion vehicle as you do not have an approved seat or chair for the trip.

The maximum age to participate in tour activities (ie: hiking, biking, surfing, or canoeing) is 70 years. If you wish to participate in our tour, you could do so without participating in the tour activity or you should sign a document exonerating liability as our insurance does not cover participants over 70 years of age. Please, if this is your case, contact us in advance to see this issue.

Participation in the tours is prohibited for people suffering from a serious illness or physical or mental handicap.

Animals are not allowed in the transport vehicle for organized excursions. However, for excursions or private tours, the presence of animals could be accepted with the prior authorization of the provider.


If you cancel at least 7 day (s) prior to scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will be applied.

If you cancel between 3 and 6 day (s) before scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

If you cancel 2 day (s) prior to scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

To cancel your reservation and request a refund of the corresponding amount, please notify us in writing. Telephone notifications will be worthless as long as they are not supported by an email confirming the cancellation of the service / tour by the pestador.


The receipt of a confirmation email is the final confirmation of the reservation. However, in the event that the minimum group of 4 people to carry out the excursion is not finally achieved or that the weather conditions are adverse, the provider reserves the right to cancel the excursion, giving the client the option to change the date and / or or type of excursion or reimburse the full amount corresponding to the service contracted and not performed.

In case of adverse weather conditions, the provider will decide whether or not to carry out the planned tour for the date in question. The refusal of a user to participate in a tour alleging adverse conditions when the company has already decided to do it will not entitle him to compensation.

In case of overbooking, the company will offer the client the option of taking the excursion on another day, or of taking a similar excursion (if the amount is less than the contracted excursion, the provider will return the difference between the two prices to the client) . If the price of the excursion is higher, the client will not have to pay the supplement until reaching the price of the new excursion offered.

If the client does not wish to make the excursion on another date, the provider will return the full prepaid amount.

Once the Tour has been completed, there is no possibility of requesting a payment or discount on its price, unless it has not been possible to complete the tour or activity included for some reason attributable to the provider.

If the client does not show up at the agreed place for the pick-up or the starting point of the excursion within a period of 15 minutes from the agreed time, the tour will start without the client and he will lose the amount paid for the service without give rise to any compensation. In any case, the client will be given the option of joining the excursion later.


The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case they will be expressed in the Euro currency (€).

The cost of the excursion will be calculated according to the VAT in force at the time of the tour or excursion, regardless of the VAT in force at the time of booking. In other words, changes in VAT between the moment of confirmation of the reservation and your actual stay will entail differences in the final cost of the service and will force the client to pay the difference.

Any payment made to the provider may be issued an invoice if requested by email to the e-mail address, on behalf of the user as long as the payment details correspond to those of the requested invoice. . This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user.

The client agrees to show correct behavior, showing respect for the rest of the tour participants as well as the guide. An insolent or rude behavior will entitle the service provider to end the excursion service at any time. The client must assume from that moment at his own cost the travel expenses to return to his departure point.

Any breakage or damage to the vehicle or material used for the excursion due to negligent behavior on the part of the client will make him fully responsible for the replacement or compensation for the damage caused.

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services that are the object of these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of Cantabria.

In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cantabria (Spain).
