CANCELLATION POLICIESo confirm a reservation, the full cost of the tour, activity, or service must be paid at the time of booking.
 

To cancel your reservation and request a refund, the cancellation must be communicated in writing.

Phone notifications will not be valid unless accompanied by a confirmation email from the service provider confirming the cancellation of the service or tour.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed date will be considered a cancellation by the client, and the corresponding cancellation policy will be applied.

If you later wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

REGULAR TOUR CANCELLATION:
 

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first scheduled departure time, no cancellation fee will be charged.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the tour, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost will apply. If the cancellation affects multiple tours on different days, the cancellation fee will only apply to the earliest scheduled tour.

PRIVATE TOURS CANCELLATION (ONE OR MULTPLE DAYS - FIX DEPARTURE POINT)

• No cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first tour.

• A cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the first tour day will apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first service.

​MULTI-DAY PRIVATE TOURS - ITINERANT TOURS

If you later wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Once the reservation is confirmed and up to 7 days before the first service, a 5% administrative fee will be charged on the total amount.

• If you cancel between 7 days and 3 days before the scheduled departure, a 10% administrative fee will apply.

• If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost (for multi-day itinerant tours) will apply.

• If you cancel 1 day before the scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost will apply.

NOTE
 

The company reserves the right to apply different cancellation policies tailored to specific services, such as group or individual package tours. In any case, the client will be informed in writing of the specific cancellation policy applicable to the contracted service package.

ACTIVITIES

 

Each activity has a different cancellation policy, please confirm cancellation policy at the time of booking. However, general cancellation policy is af follows:

 

If you cancel at least 3 DAYS prior to scheduled  day for the activity no cancellation fee will be applied.
If you cancel withing 3 DAYS prior to scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
