Cancellation policies

 

Please check the specific cancellation policy for each booking.

 

To confirm the reservation, the cost of the excursion, activity or service contracted at the time of reservation must be fully paid in advance.

If you later wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

 

DAY EXCURSIONS with transport

If you cancel at least 24 HOURS prior to scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If you cancel withing 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
 

ACTIVITIES
 

If you cancel at least 7 DAYS prior to scheduled  day for the activity no cancellation fee will be applied.
If you cancel withing 7 DAYS prior to scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

GROUPS BOOKINGS have a specific cancellation policy, and the client will be informed about the cancellation policy of their booking at the time of reservation.

To cancel your reservation and request a refund of the corresponding amount, please notify us in writing.

Telephone notifications will have no value as long as they are not supported by an email confirming the cancellation of the service / tour by the pestador.

The Company reserves the right to have other cancellation policies that are different and adjusted to other services offered. In any case, the client will be informed in writing if the reservation he makes has a different policy than the one published here.
