During this difficult period for everyone, we want to guarantee as much as possible our and your safety in this "new normal".

What is our commitment to safety on our excursions?

 

1- For reservations made directly with us for groups of at least 4 people, we will offer the excursion as a private tour at a regular excursion rate for tours to take place from January to May (except for bank holidays and Easter).

2- We guarantee you the use of a protective mask for the driver / guide during excursions.

 

3- We guarantee you the availability of masks and alcohol gel for clients during the excursion.

 

4- We are committed to a thorough cleaning of the vehicle once each excursion is finished for your peace of mind.

 

5-  We will also take the temperature of all travelers before the tour. In case someone has a temperature above 37 ºC, access to the excursion will be denied and the full amount paid will be refund

 

 

 

What is your commitment to the safety of the group during the excursions?

 

1- Try to maintain a safe distance during excursions of at least 1 meter as long as possible.

 

2- Obligation to wear the mask inside the vehicle.

 

3- Allow our staff to take your temperature before starting the excursion. Accept the cancellation of the excursion for the person or group where it is confirmed that at least one person in the group has more than 37 ºC.

 

4- Maintain a behavior of safety and responsibility towards the rest of the group.
