We move between these two historic rural centers of the Polaciones Valley, in which various buildings of a civil or religious nature stand out.
 The path crosses the terraces near the town facing south and a landscape of grasslands that tell us about spaces occupied by man since the Neolithic. The path is much more than the path itself: it is the landscape.
 We cross the streams that feed the Nansa to get to Tresabuela. From here we recover the old road, which so many purriegos have followed with their cattle, to go back into the forest and among “carpets” of dry leaves we reach the hill that lets us see the town of Lombraña and Peña Sagra, to return shortly after to Uznayo.
 Each step we take along the ancient paths is a serene and enriching way of feeling and living nature , and also of participating in a cultural model as valuable as that of the Nansa Valley.
